梅雨になりそうな、ならなそうな考えてみれば、今年も既に半年が経過しました。まだ、夏の認識は無いのですが…暑い日が続いています。この梅雨に向けてなんとなく体調不良の方が増えている気がします。喉が痛くて熱も出るけど、インフルエンザでもコロナでもない。ただし、コロナも復活しています。渋谷は海外の方で溢れていますが、さすがにマスクをしている人もいないし、これからは自分自身を鍛えて、ケアしていかなければいけませんね。50歳前後のナチュラルホルモン補充のニーズもグッド上がってきました。
